Patent Award

Pharmaceuticals export promotion council (Pharmexcil) is setup by Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India. Pharmexcil was established in the year 2004 with an objective of promoting pharmaceutical exports of its member companies. With a view to provide information relating to intellectual property rights, Pharmexcil started a Patent Facilitation Center in year 2008.  Pharmexcil provided patent awards for the third consecutive year with objective to encourage research in all field of pharmaceuticals.
