Dr. Morepen Limited announced its marketing tie up in
Bangladesh. The company signed an agreement with Daffodils
Consumer Products Limited, for an exclusive distribution
of all Dr. Morepen products in Bangladesh. With its pharma
business, Morepen Labs is a highly respected and established
name in the country. Bangladesh is the second country
where Dr.Morepen has been successfully launched, the first
being Nepal. Dr.Morepen is well known in Bangladesh due
to the huge media spillover from Indian satellite channels
beaming into the country. Dr.Morepen products will be
launched and promoted in the country keeping the local
flavor in mind. A comprehensive marketing plan to promote
and sell the entire range of Self Health products in Bangladesh
is being devised.

of Daffodils Consumer Products Limited said,

the masses who literally lapped it up to beat the heat
in style with the demand far exceeding the supply. Other
products that created waves in a very short span are Sat
Isabgol (natural laxative), Gol Goli (hajma candy), C-Candy
(fruit flavored candy enriched with vitamin C) and 2-Kool
(throat drops). Dr. Morepen further expanded its product
portfolio with the launch of Y-Sugar, low calorie sweetener.
The product was rolled out in four different color packs

is already in place and will be soon launched. The latest
brand to be acquired was Lemolate, the fifth largest cough

& Eastern markets. The Dr.Morepen Lemolate will be
introduced in the winter months to capture the markets
in the coming cold season. Excellent product quality,
marketing efforts and acquisitions have taken the annualized
turnover of Dr.Morepen up to Rs.50 crore.
