Mr. Sushil Suri, CMD, Morepen Laboratories Limited denied market rumours today with regard to Delisting of Morepen Shares on National Stock Exchange.

The company has received a fax message today from NSE, Mumbai asking it to furnish certain information up to 28th June with a view to ensure compliance with listing requirements.

Mr. Sushil Suri said that company has all along complied with the requirements with regard to the corporate governance and other related issues. The company has informed the Stock Exchange that the information desired by them would be made available within a week to the full satisfaction of Exchange Authorities.
