Notes:

  1. The above results were reviewed by the audit committee and have been approved by the Board of Directors in its meeting held on 11th February, 2011. A limited review of the same has been carried out by the statutory auditors.
  2. The Company is exclusively engaged in the Pharmaceutical Business segment. Capital Employed as on December 31, 2010 is Rs.52673.27 Lacs.
  3. Consolidated Income from Operatitons, Loss after tax and EPS for the quarter ended December 31, 2010 stands at Rs.5876.58 Lacs, Rs.1213.37 Lacs & Rs.(0.27) respectively.
  4. There were no investor complaints pending at the beginning & at the end of the quarter. During the quarter, 21 shareholder's complaints were received and resolved.
